Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license with CCC required.
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy environments preferred.
- Capacity to supervise, mentor, and collaborate with SLPA.
- Strong skills in IEP development, implementation, and participation in IEP meetings.
- Desire to support Pre K-8th grade student growth and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 26 Pre K-8th grade students at one school site.
- Supervise, mentor, and collaborate with SLPA onsite.
- Attend, develop, and implement IEPs, ensuring student progress.
- Engage families and staff; provide both in-person and (if applicable) teletherapy services.
