Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Murrieta, California

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience in school-based settings with pediatric populations strongly preferred
- Background in IEP (Individualized Education Program) development and implementation
- Teletherapy and healthcare-related SLP skills welcome
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants will be considered
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services in accordance with each student’s IEP
- Supervise and collaborate with an on-site Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Participate in and contribute to IEP meetings, ensuring goals are relevant, achievable, and clearly documented
- Design and update individualized therapy strategies to meet diverse student needs
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of sessions and student progress
