Qualifications:
- Active and valid Massachusetts SLP or SLPA license
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Skill in pediatric speech-language pathology
- Experience in educational or healthcare settings tailored to children
- Ability to collaborate with school staff, students, and families
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver speech-language therapy to students as assigned
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans in accordance with school goals and requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student progress
- Document therapy sessions and monitor student achievements
- Foster an encouraging and inclusive environment for children with varying communicative needs
