School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Fairfield, California

Qualifications:
- Must hold valid California Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CA SLP-CCC)
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and staff
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to students based on individual education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct evaluations and ongoing progress monitoring
- Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to each student’s needs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate regularly with families and school personnel
