A California-based K-12 School is seeking three skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a contract role starting ASAP through June 5, 2026. The position offers a full 37.5-hour workweek and involves supporting diverse student populations across multiple school buildings in the Concord and Fairfield areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy to students ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade
- Manage caseloads effectively with Pre-K to 1st grade (35-40 students), K-8th grade (40-45 students), and K-12th grade (50-55 students)
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to create individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Work onsite to deliver direct therapy services, replacing prior virtual service arrangements
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working in school settings with a strong background in K-12 speech-language pathology services
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently across multiple grades and buildings
- Familiarity with school-based evaluation and intervention techniques
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
