You'll maintain a consistent schedule Monday through Thursday, from 7:45 am to 3:45 pm, with an immediate start available. The initial contract runs through May 31, with the potential for extension or long-term placement for the right fit. Your expertise will directly benefit students, staff, and families—helping every child reach their communication potential.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Active state license in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred
- Comfort working with students from PreK through 12th grade
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Provide direct and consultative therapy to support student progress
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families as an integral team member
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with district requirements
