Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Evanston, IL

Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an SLP Endorsement
- Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children
- Comfort using a push-in service delivery model within K-5 classrooms
- Familiarity with ASD, cerebral palsy, learning disabilities, and a variety of communication needs
- Strong collaboration skills to partner with educators and special education teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech/language therapy to a caseload of approximately 20-40 students
- Develop and implement targeted intervention plans based on individual student needs
- Deliver services primarily through a push-in model, collaborating with teachers within classroom environments
- Participate in IEP meetings, team collaboration, and ongoing progress monitoring
- Maintain accurate and timely student records and assess student progress
- Offer education and support to families and staff regarding student strategies and progress
