Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students with a range of communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress
- Maintain clear and consistent documentation of student goals and progress
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet varied caseload demands, primarily serving elementary and high school students
Qualifications:
- Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working in school settings essential
- Candidates with prior exposure to mild through severe caseloads preferred
- Onsite candidates preferred; however, open to Vocational options (no openings for Clinical Fellows)
- Willingness and ability to travel within the district
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases in a collaborative school environment
