Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
- Active Colorado SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting highly desirable
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement engaging therapy activities
- Compassion for supporting students from diverse backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to a varied caseload of students
- Perform evaluations, develop IEP goals, and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality
- Deliver both group and individual therapy as needed throughout the school year
