School Speech Language Pathologist - Ellenville, NY

As part of this dedicated support team, you'll work a consistent Monday to Friday schedule totaling 37.5 hours per week. You'll engage with a diverse caseload ranging from kindergarteners through high school, tailoring interventions and support to each student's unique needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Holds a current NY SLP license
- Experience supporting speech, language, and communication growth in school-aged children (K-12)
- Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Familiarity with IEP development, therapy documentation, and progress monitoring
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students across all K-12 grade levels
- Conduct assessments to determine students' unique needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in conjunction with IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other service providers to foster student success
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with New York state regulations and school expectations
