Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Deliver direct therapy services to a diverse caseload of K-12 students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ IEP goals and progress
- Document services and progress in alignment with school and state regulations
- Provide education and consultation to staff and parents on strategies to support students’ communication needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive school culture
