School Speech Language Pathologist - Elk River, Minnesota

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Valid state licensure or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Prior experience in schools or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and progress monitoring
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate speech, language, and communication disorders within a diverse group of elementary-age students
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special education teams, and families to support student growth
- Deliver dynamic therapy sessions both individually and in group settings, adapting activities to engage students ages 8–12
- Maintain thorough records of student progress, ensuring compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise for student success and program development
