- Eligibility for Illinois state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist

- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to collaborative educational planning
- Develop targeted intervention plans and adjust strategies as needed
- Partner closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement
- Maintain thorough records of student progress and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Educate and guide families on strategies for reinforcing therapeutic progress at home
