A contract opportunity is available for a Speech Language Pathologist to provide services for the 2025-2026 school year in Aurora, IL. This position offers 15-20 hours per week, focusing on delivering specialized support to students within an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, particularly within school settings.
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion or eligibility.
  • Proficiency in healthcare and educational speech pathology best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills suitable for working with children and school staff.
