Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current California SLP license, or eligibility for state licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Prior experience providing speech therapy in school settings is preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload of students in grades K-12
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for students
- Delivering direct therapy services across a K-12 caseload
- Collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student progress and success
- Participating in IEP meetings and maintaining accurate documentation per district and state requirements
- Providing ongoing support, education, and resources for students and their families
