Engage in both onsite and teletherapy sessions as you help high school students develop crucial communication and language skills. With support for part-time schedules, there's flexibility to fit your needs and lifestyle. Clinical fellows are warmly encouraged to apply, and SLPAs will be considered to round out a well-supported team.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (or relevant certification for SLPA)
  • Valid California SLP or SLPA licensure (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellow applicants welcome
  • Experience with pediatric or high school populations a plus
  • Comfortable conducting both in-person and teletherapy sessions
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in high school students
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, counselors, and SLPAs
  • Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and document student progress
  • Engage students using evidence-based strategies and innovative tools, including teletherapy platforms
  • Support, mentor, and guide SLPA staff to elevate service quality
