Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Murrieta, CA

Make an impact supporting middle school students by providing personalized speech and language services in an engaging onsite environment. This contract opportunity offers the chance to serve as a Speech-Language Pathologist across three schools, helping students reach their communication goals during the academic year.
You’ll deliver one-on-one and group therapy to middle schoolers, manage an engaging caseload, and collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other therapists. The setting is supportive, and you’ll have opportunities to build strong relationships with students and colleagues alike.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a valid California SLP license (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates accepted
- Background in pediatric speech-language assessment and intervention
- Experience working in school-based or healthcare SLP settings
- Skilled in planning, delivering, and documenting effective therapy sessions
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Comfortable working full-time onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and provide speech and language therapy for a diverse caseload of middle school students across three school locations
- Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers, families, and staff
- Offer consultation and training to education teams for student support
- Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting plans as needed
