- Familiarity with school-based SLP roles and responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement appropriate, individualized treatment plans

- Participate in IEP meetings; maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services, adapting materials and strategies to diverse student needs
- Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
