Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid or eligible SLP licensure for school-based practice
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Experience with middle and high school populations preferred, but not required
Position Details & Responsibilities:
- Part-time commitment: 2–3 days per week throughout the academic year
- Primary focus on middle and high school caseloads, with flexibility to support elementary students when needed
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, provide both group and individual therapy
- Monitor student progress and communicate results effectively to multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough and timely IEP documentation, progress notes, and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in staff meetings, parent conferences, and contribute to a collaborative learning environment
