Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Minnesota state SLP license
- SLP-CCC certification preferred
- Prior experience in a school setting or with K-12 students is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Deliver therapy sessions that align with each student’s IEP goals
- Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ communication needs
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of comprehensive support plans
- Stay up to date with current best practices and professional development in speech-language pathology
