School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Easton, Washington

Key Qualifications:
- Active Washington SLP license required
- Background in K-12 school-based SLP services
- Experience with online learning platforms and teletherapy preferred
- Confidence in collaborating with IEP case managers and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
Role Highlights:
- Support a caseload of 13-15 students, all engaged in online instruction
- Provide speech-language therapy in a fully virtual setting
- Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with each student’s needs
- Partner closely with a dedicated IEP case manager for every student
- Maintain regular communication with families, staff, and administrators
- Participate in IEP meetings as needed, providing expertise in speech-language interventions
- Track student progress, maintaining thorough, accurate records
This is anticipated to be a part-time position, with final details to be determined based on student service minutes.
