Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Appropriate state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
- Solid understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organization and time management abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for a diverse student population
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services, both onsite and through teletherapy platforms as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families for optimal student support
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning for students’ success
