Speech-Language Pathologist – Early Childhood Focus
Location: East Stroudsburg, PA
Duration: 2025-2026 School Year | Full-Time or Part-Time | Contract

Seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support early childhood students in a dynamic school setting. In this role, you will provide specialized speech and language services to young learners across a variety of early childhood caseloads throughout the surrounding counties, including Bethlehem, Easton, Stroudsburg, Pike, Monroe, and Hampton. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student communication development in a collaborative, on-site environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, evaluation, and treatment for early childhood students with speech and language disorders
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Support communication development through targeted therapy sessions tailored to each student’s needs
  • Monitor and document student progress and adjust intervention strategies accordingly
  • Participate in meetings and training relevant to early childhood speech-language pathology services

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
  • Experience working as a School-based SLP and with pediatric populations
  • Knowledge of early childhood speech and language development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and staff
  • Valid licensure or certification required to practice in Pennsylvania
