What we’re looking for:
- Current, active Delaware SLP licensure and ASHA CCC credential
- Direct experience working in a school-based setting preferred
- Proven ability providing therapy, conducting evaluations, and writing IEPs
- Confident with data collection, progress monitoring, and accurate therapy notes
- Strong collaboration and organization skills
- Availability for a full-time schedule (37.5 hours weekly), Monday through Friday, for the 2026–2027 school year
- Reliable transportation for on-site work
- SLPAs not considered at this time
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students across assigned grade levels
- Complete evaluations in accordance with school guidelines and timelines
- Write and update IEP documents, ensuring compliance and meaningful student outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences
- Accurately track progress and document therapy sessions
