A full-time, on-site Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Wyoming, Delaware for the 2026-2027 school year. This role involves providing school-based speech therapy services within a supportive educational environment, working Monday through Friday for 37.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech therapy services tailored to student needs
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and write Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Collect and maintain progress monitoring data
- Prepare detailed therapy notes and documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Active Delaware licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Proven experience working in school settings, including therapy provision and IEP development
- Strong evaluation and documentation skills
- Familiarity with Data Service Center and PowerSchool IEP systems preferred
- Ability to work on-site full time, Monday through Friday
- Reliable transportation to the Wyoming, DE location
- Note: Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) are not being considered for this role
