Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Lake Arthur, New Mexico

Essential Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure for SLP practice
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings preferred
- Strong clinical skills with knowledge of a range of speech and language disorders
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a variety of communication and language disorders
- Deliver therapy services in both individual and small group settings for students from kindergarten through twelfth grade
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success throughout the district
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress notes, and required reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, support staff training, and contribute to the positive, inclusive school environment
