About the Role:
We are a specialized educational staffing agency partnering with premier school districts throughout Metro Detroit (including Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties) to secure dedicated professionals for the upcoming school term. Available Opportunities & Populations:
Caseload options across Pre-K, Elementary, Middle, and High School settings.
Onsite positions focusing on direct therapy/instruction, assessments, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality direct services and interventions to students per their IEP goals.
Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, families, and school administration to support student success.
Administer standardized assessments, contribute to evaluation planning, and actively participate in the IEP process.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant student progress documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Michigan State Professional License(plus Michigan Department of Education / MDE approvals where applicable).
Prior experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills and familiarity with school-based documentation/compliance.
