Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active SLP license for practice in Michigan
- Previous work in Michigan schools preferred, with completed fingerprints considered a significant advantage
- Proficiency delivering teletherapy services to a school-aged population
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and compliance documentation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct remote speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
- Provide direct and consultative teletherapy services as specified by IEPs
- Partner with teachers, onsite proctors, and families to support student growth
- Develop and monitor individualized goals, maintaining accurate records
- Offer guidance regarding assistive communication tools and strategies
