Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services to a caseload well below Michigan's state maximum of 60 students
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to maximize students’ progress and inclusion in the classroom
- Attend and participate in school meetings, parent conferences, and IEP reviews as required
