School Speech Language Pathologist - Des Plaines, IL

What You Bring:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP, CCC required)
- Proven experience in a school-based SLP role preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation

- Conducting screenings, assessments, and comprehensive speech/language evaluations
- Developing and delivering targeted therapy for students with a range of communication needs
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create and monitor IEP goals
- Maintaining detailed records and help ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Providing consultation to staff on speech and language strategies to enhance student engagement
- Participating in meetings, professional development, and parent conferences as needed
