Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and provide therapy services for elementary-aged children.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Track student progress and document therapy sessions according to district and regulatory guidelines.
- Support students with communication needs, including speech, language, and social communication disorders.
Qualifications:
- Valid CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably in K-5 settings.
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills preferred.
- Familiarity with FMLA regulations and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
