Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current, active SLP licensure
- Colorado Department of Education certification
- Experience in school settings, particularly intensive preschool and K-8 environments
- Ability to supervise SLPAs when needed
- Strong knowledge of IEPs: writing, implementation, and tracking progress
- Proficiency conducting a variety of assessments and providing direct and indirect services
- Preference for candidates with ELL training and/or ESL or Linguistically Diverse Education (LDE) Endorsement
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language services in an intensive preschool classroom (full-year role)
- Provide LOA coverage for a K-8 school classroom
- Supervise and collaborate with SLPAs as needed
- Complete assessments, develop and update IEPs, and monitor progress toward individualized goals
- Consult and communicate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation of services and outcomes
