Speech Therapist in Sanford, FL

Whether you’re a seasoned clinician or a Clinical Fellow seeking supervision, you’ll find mentorship and strong professional support. For this academic year, bachelor’s-level clinicians willing to work on a temporary teaching certificate are also welcome to apply—expanding meaningful access to care.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLP-CCC or CFs preferred, but bachelor’s-level clinicians considered with willingness to work under a temporary teaching certificate)
- Active or eligible Florida SLP license
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
- Dedication to supporting K-12 students of diverse backgrounds
- Ability to travel between Ormond Beach and Port Orange locations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and provide individualized speech-language therapy to meet each student’s needs
- Write and implement effective, evidence-based treatment plans and IEP goals
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with district and state regulations
- Collaborate with general and special education teachers, parents, and other staff
- Supervise and support Clinical Fellows as applicable
