Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Decatur, AL

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current credentials as an SLP, SLP-CCC, or SLPA
- Experience working in a school setting (elementary level preferred)
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Alabama
- Strong skills in managing diverse student caseloads, developing IEPs, and implementing therapy plans
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy for students in grades 1–4
- Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Track student goals, progress, and compliance with documentation requirements
- Support inclusive classroom environments and participate in IEP meetings
