School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Dearborn, Michigan

As a team member, you’ll provide services to a caseload well below the state’s maximum, ensuring time to deliver personalized attention and care. A typical week includes conducting evaluations, implementing IEPs, and actively collaborating with educators and families to help students reach their communication and educational goals.
Requirements:
- Current Michigan SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience with school-aged children, particularly in a K-12 setting
- Strong understanding of the IEP process and special education compliance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete thorough speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement effective IEP goals and therapy plans
- Maintain detailed session notes and documentation
- Engage with parents, teachers, and school staff to support student progress
- Participate in team meetings and share professional insights
- Deliver therapy flexibly, either onsite or virtually, based on need
