As a valued speech-language pathologist, your expertise will help students communicate and learn more effectively. Responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized IEP goals
- Providing direct therapy in individual and group settings
- Collaborating closely with teachers, other school professionals, and families for optimal student outcomes
- Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and participating actively in IEP meetings
- Adjusting intervention strategies based on student progress
What we're looking for:
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is preferred
- Active Michigan SLP certification is required
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
