Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Dearborn, MI

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience working in a Michigan school setting is strongly preferred
- Completion of fingerprinting required; ideal candidates will already have this process completed
- Comfortable delivering services via teletherapy platforms
- Strong communication, organization, and technology skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments, intervention sessions, and progress monitoring for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Document student performance and maintain accurate records according to school and district guidelines
- Partner with on-site proctors to facilitate seamless remote therapy sessions
- Attend virtual meetings with staff and families as needed
- Advocate for students' needs and ensure service delivery aligns with best practices
