School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Cypress, Texas

To be considered, candidates must hold an active Texas SLP or SLPA license and bring previous school-based experience. These roles are on-site and require a strong commitment to collaborative, student-centered care.
Preferred qualifications:
- Valid State of Texas SLP or SLPA license (proof required)
- Experience working as an SLP or SLPA in K–12 settings
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (for SLP-CCC positions)
- Reliable transportation for consistent, timely attendance
- Ability to complete district-required fingerprinting within 3 days of contract signing
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued and offer additional opportunities
In this role, you will:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for speech/language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students
- Participate in developing IEPs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Offer consultation and support to families and staff to facilitate student progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation aligned with district and federal standards
- Fulfill district onboarding and compliance requirements
