School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Tomball, Texas

You’ll primarily work onsite in one location, with an occasional split between two schools. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Texas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required for supervision duties
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills, especially with an average caseload of 60 students
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Willingness to move between one or two schools if necessary
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to elementary students, tailoring interventions to individual education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on student needs
- Maintain precise, timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Serve as a supervisor for Clinical Fellows, if qualified with CCCs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
