Key Qualifications:

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide individualized therapy plans for students with speech and language impairments
- Maintain accurate progress records and documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student goals and participation
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional recommendations
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each student
