Speech Therapist in Fort Benning, GA
Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a Speech Language Pathologist in a K-12 educational setting. This contract opportunity offers up to 30 hours per week onsite, providing direct and indirect speech-language services as well as comprehensive case management. Work closely with students, families, and educational teams to help every learner reach their communication and academic goals.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Georgia SLP License required
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Commitment to collaborative, student-focused service delivery
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with IEPs and school policies
- Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide case management services, including progress monitoring and record keeping
- Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective strategies
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure compliance with local and state regulations
