Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Georgia SLP license (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
- School-based SLP experience, including teletherapy, is a plus
- Skill in pediatric assessment and intervention for a variety of communication needs
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, families, and support staff
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
- Engage in both direct and consultative services, in-person or via teletherapy, as needed
- Utilize creativity and evidence-based practices in intervention strategies
