What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active and current California SLP License
- Previous experience (clinical or professional) with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and families
- Flexibility to work across multiple campuses as assigned
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver therapy and intervention for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and participate in meetings
- Maintain clear records and progress reports as required by the district
- Educate and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents
- Support a caseload of approximately 55 students per SLP, ensuring individualized, quality care
- Adapt strategies and interventions for various age groups and developmental levels
