Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Corona, CA
Step into a vibrant educational setting near Corona, CA, supporting students from Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist. This rewarding opportunity spans from September 1, 2026, through February 10, 2026, offering a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with hours from 7:30am to 4:00pm.
Your expertise in both English and Spanish will be highly valued, as you’ll deliver essential speech and language services within a diverse school community. If you have a strong background in bilingual evaluations, report writing, and seamlessly managing service scheduling, your skills will directly impact student growth and school success.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Demonstrated experience in pediatric and school-based SLP settings
- Proven skill in conducting bilingual (English/Spanish) speech and language evaluations
- Strong report writing and documentation capabilities
- Prior experience with service scheduling and provision in a school environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough bilingual speech and language assessments for students TK-8
- Develop and implement individualized therapy and treatment plans
- Write comprehensive, evidence-based evaluation reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers, families, and other professionals
- Manage service delivery scheduling and documentation, adhering to mandated timelines
- Advocate for students’ needs and progress throughout the school year
