Key Qualifications:

- Current SLP Teaching Credential for CA public schools
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred (open to professionals with 0+ years experience)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for student support
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students across assigned schools, addressing a range of communication needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with district and state standards
- Conduct assessments, track student progress, and maintain accurate documentation
- Consult regularly with teachers, school psychologists, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Support students from varied age groups as assigned, adapting interventions as necessary to meet individual needs
