Qualifications/Desired Experience:

- Commitment to evidence-based practices and collaborative teamwork
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations for students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement targeted therapy tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to integrate therapy and maximize student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
- Provide training or consultation to school staff and families as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for multidisciplinary support
