Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) issued by ASHA
- Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators to support classroom inclusion and student success
- Track progress, maintain detailed records, and prepare reports in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Educate families and staff on strategies to support student communication needs
