Pediatric Early Childhood Speech Pathology - Merrill, OR
This full-time opportunity is available for the 2026–2027 school year, serving students in grades K–12 in a school setting located in Merrill, OR. The position focuses on providing Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) services to pediatric populations, including early childhood and elementary school students. Caseloads are flexible, varying according to experience and candidate preference, with a range from moderate to profound needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric students.
- Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to students’ unique needs.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to goal setting and intervention strategies.
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP certification or licensure relevant to pediatric settings.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in educational environments.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood and elementary school speech therapy methodologies.
- Ability to manage caseloads with varying student needs.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
