Speech Pathology - Concord, CA

Qualifications:
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) License valid for California
- Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with school staff, students, and families
- Ability to manage a caseload and maintain accurate documentation
- Knowledge of individualized education program (IEP) processes and compliance requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in elementary-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of services and student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional input to student education plans
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse learning styles and communication needs
- Manage caseload efficiently, including service delivery across two sites if necessary
