Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join a supportive school team with the school district for the beginning of the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time onsite position will focus exclusively on a resource caseload, allowing the clinician to provide targeted speech and language services while collaborating closely with educators and support staff.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SLP who is passionate about helping students strengthen their communication skills and achieve success in the educational setting.
Responsibilities:
Manage and provide services for a resource-only speech-language caseload
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments as needed
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports
Collaborate with school staff to support students’ communication needs and educational success
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of services
Qualifications:
Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
School-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
CFs and SLPAs will not be considered for this position
