Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA certification required

- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, educators, and families
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Organized, flexible, and able to adapt to students’ diverse needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities to determine needs
- Write and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with educational guidelines
- Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in groups, tailored to each student’s goals
- Monitor student progress and document outcomes, making data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, counselors, and parents to support student achievement
- Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and ongoing professional development
- Educate staff and families on communication disorders and effective support techniques
